Christmas is a time for reflection on what we want for our life and what we are most passionate about doing every day.

My family and friends always encouraged me to start my own business and do what I enjoy most in life and it has taken me until this year to finally take a leap into the unknown.

I have spent my entire career focused on becoming a true leader and someone to guide and direct people onto the career path and life goals they have set for themselves.  Now I have made change in my life to do the same and I have an excellent balance of work and time with my family now which I have never experienced before.

Ask yourself during this time of reflection what is your passion and what do you want most out of life? Success is measured in numerous ways and only YOU can define your success for you personally.
