In developing partnerships with you, our client, we get to know not only your business but your teams and recognise the right fit for you. We are not your typical high-street recruiter depending on job boards to source candidates, we do more than that – through referrals, through connections and through searching. We conduct national and global searches for quality talent and have often sourced expatriate talent for our clients. We conduct extensive interviews, reference checks and background checks on all candidates until we are 100% sure that they are a good fit for your business. We are not here to waste your time but to save it, you can be assured of quality each and every time.
We have built up an extensive candidate network in our eight years of operation. Each consultant also has a personal network of contacts from which to gauge interest and solicit referrals. Our consultants are continually informed about market trends, and invest considerable amount of time attending events and seminars.
We analyse market conditions and review the competitor’s executive talent strategies. Drawing on our resources, extensive marketplace contacts, experience on previous – perhaps similar – projects, and our database and research resources. We identify industries and companies where qualified candidates are likely to be found.

Eva Grabner is the founder and managing director of Elite Executive, an executive recruitment and search firm that is committed to changing people’s lives by finding the right people for businesses whilst finding candidates a job that they will love to wake up to.
Eva spends her time working with key clients helping them with all aspects of their recruitment cycle, from workforce planning, organisational management and talent mapping the market for their ideal candidate.
Elite Executive boasts a team committed to their clients first, revenue later. They believe that to succeed, not only for their clients but for themselves, they must take the time to get to know each client as if they were an extension of the business. A Recruitment and HR expert, Eva boasts over 13 years’ experience since starting her recruitment career after many years working internationally in Management roles in the Tourism industry.
With a passion for what she does and a genuine love of people, Elite Executive was formed in 2012 as Eva believed that the majority of businesses did not use the best recruitment solution, or recruiter for their business. This results in time wasted in hiring and training, a loss of morale for the team which results in a negative culture, but most importantly, a loss of revenue for the business itself.
Considering that the most valuable asset in any business are its people, Eva was determined to not only provide a professional approach but to also help people better understand the recruitment profession better and help businesses realize the benefits of partnering with a good recruiter.

Eva has been working in the executive and professional recruitment industry for over a decade. She is a highly professional and passionate Managing Director with a wealth of recruitment experience across commercial, health, resources, aviation, local government, not for profit, tourism and education industries. Her previous experience includes over 20 years in executive leadership and senior management-level operational roles throughout the world. What stands out as soon as you meet her is her passion for what she does. She will spend the time getting to know you and genuinely has an interest in assisting you in finding the right candidate.
