About the Company

Our client is a local disability specialist organisation that provides Occupational Therapy to clients on NDIS plans.  They strive to deliver a life of participation, opportunity and choice for those in need, whilst providing high quality client–led support to individuals, families and carers by way of information, family support, therapy and teaching services.

About the Role

This pivotal role requires a highly organised administration professional who excels in customer service excellence.  You will be the glue that holds the business together.  Your exceptional organisational and administrative skills will manage a busy office whilst maintaining a professional image.  You will have a strong working knowledge of NDIS principles and practice as well as significant knowledge of quality control and WHS processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist with client queries via phone and email;
  • Type up correspondence and reports of medical transcripts;
  • Initiate NDIS paperwork including quotes for services, service agreements, monitoring of supports and amendments as required;
  • Tasks including accounts payable and receivable;
  • Assistance with scheduling of therapeutic supports as requested.

Skills & Experience required

  • Minimum one years’ experience in the disability/health/clinical sector with a working knowledge of the NDIS;
  • Exceptional rapport building and customer service skills;
  • Strong admin and data entry skills – high levels of attention to detail and accuracy are a must;
  • The ability to self-manage and work autonomously;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • A Certificate in Business Administration, Bookkeeping or Small Business Management is desirable.
